1 - Review the courses, social activities, and registration requirements.

Before you register, review the courses and activities on the Summer School portal, blogs, and YouTube channel. Take note of the enrollment policies including the fees, required documents, housing options and FAQ. 

2 - Log in or create your account on the Summer School Portal.

On the Summer School portal, you can create your account, maintain your contact information, make payments, view your grades, and request a transcript.

You can create your account during the registration process by completing the registration form. Fill out the form as completely as possible (please note that you may have already done this in your initial visit to the site).

3 - Register for the Summer Session.

Once you have completed your registration information,  please send a copy (pdf or equivalent) of your valid passport or identity card, school transcripts, proof of your proficiency in English, civil liability and health insurance to [email protected]

Your Summer School application will be reviewed once you have paid the 250 Euro registration and deposit feed. Payment can be made online.

The 50 Euro registration fee is nonrefundable. The 200 Euro deposit is applied toward your total Summer School charges and refundable according to the refund policies.

4 - Meet registration requirements and deadlines.

Once your application has been reviewed, we will receive an acceptation letter and a payment receipt. You will also receive a temporary password for your online account.

Please note that full payment must be received by June 2nd, 2019:

Watch for emails from the Summer School with additional information and updates.

5 - Pay all tuition and fees.

You can pay your fees using our online payment system or by bank transfer.

If full payment of tuition and fees is not received online by June 2nd, 2019:

  • Your housing request will be canceled.
  • If you wish to confirm your registration after this date, you will be charged a nonrefundable 150 Euro late payment fee.

6 -  Arrival and Checkin.

Students for the summer session should arrive on campus and check in on Sunday afternoon, July 1rst. You will be able to move into your accommodation, pick up ID cards, and learn about activities and resources.

Full information about arrival and check-in for all sessions will be available in the spring.
